honestly it's almost the same except you can take bad training rounds instead of racing or even resting - if it has ideally 3+ spirit training. and in general you will be taking optional races much less if at all.
just gotta rewire your brain a bit, because in URA, training with no rainbow for like barely 20 total stats is awful, but in Aoharu it eventually pays off from the blue sprit bombs and winning the scenario giving bonus stats.
