I like games that feature levels on abandoned highways. There's just something about this aesthetic. You normally never get to walk on one on foot and they're always so noisy, but now you can travel on it in solitude.
right

Umu..
>The Abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike is a 13-mile stretch near Breezewood, PA, bypassed in 1968 due to tunnel congestion, featuring eerie tunnels like Sideling Hill (over a mile long) and Ray's Hill, now a popular, though unofficial, spot for hiking, biking, and urban exploration, offering a unique post-apocalyptic vibe with graffiti and remnants of its past as part of America's first superhighway. Unrelated to OP's pic, just somewhere I've always wanted to check out.
>>729241527Fuck yeah OP it's a comfy feeling
>>729241527sh2 and sh3 kind of let you do this, but it's not really a focus of the game.

Really gets you going.
>>729241527Why would there be shrub bushes growing on an elevated freeway
>>729247317ever heard of wind?
>>729247363Yeah but how does wind make bushes grow out of asphalt that isn't paved over ground
>>729247446
>>729247446you'd be surprised where those fuckers can appear, we live in a simulation if you haven't caught on yet, your logic doesn't decide where life wants to manifest itself
>>729249171based schizo
>>729247317 Dirt and seeds blow in, rain washes more in, cracks form from heat and cold, and boom-nature starts squatting rent-free. Elevated or not, concrete ain't immune to entropy, anon. Give it a decade and you'll have a whole damn forest growing through rebar if nobody touches it.
>>729241527They're cool but getting onto them and down from them is a pain as they're usually full of holes and partially collapsed.
>>729250601nah
I recall that Dying Light The Following has a long ass highway
I don't think you can get there, but it looks cool
>>729248676>>729241527This makes me wonder, how long would it take for nature to reclaim the Earth. 2000 years? 10000?
>>729253038Less than 100.
>>729253038There was an entire tv show about that
>>729241527I love 20th century industrial buildings myself. I live in an ex Yugo country and i loved exploring them in my town.
>>729241527well have I got a game for you
>>729257189You got any games that don't suck?
