We'd need motherboards with GPU sockets and memory slots and 1000W power delivery capability. Plus room for coolers on them. Basically an entirely new form factor. Would be really fucking cool if you could put NH-D15s on RTX Titan cards mind you. Some madman tried it and it cooled the card better than the stock cooler.
