>>729250331Personally I like both games, my money was well spent to give me playhours in triple digits, coming from someone who pirates 98% of their games. Been following The Forest since the first trailers came out about a decade ago. Now as we speak I'm raking in the hours in this game. The devs are reputable and do good things in my book, although there are some little flaws I saw in SOTF they haven't fixed yet. They've already announced The Forest 3 which is something I look forward to, albeit I was a bit disappointed it looks more like Subnautica in terms of how it looks like in general.The huge detailed map of SOTF is one of the best I've seen.
Why don't they implement a mode where the mutants aren't aggressive, but still around?

Like okay I am fine w tougher enemies but when im crafting chilling and building a base I do not want constant raids. Its annoying as fuck.Maybe with Space The Forest they will let you craft turrets or a shield so they can fuck off for a bit before you prepare to go explorin
