anyone boughted it? is it any good?
pirated itit's shit
>>729252891Friend bought it and it runs like absolute fucking garbage 5 frames per second and doesn't even function + not interesting.
>>729252891It's fun for like 20-30hrs until you figure out how to cheese it. The mood and immersive parts are very good. The optimization isn't.
>>729253267heard it's generated. I prefer handcrafted curated approach. Is it like rougelike?
>>729252891It's pretty cool, but once you solved a few cases you've seen every thing the game has to offer
>>729253632Cases are random generated but people do commit the crimes and there are evidences (fingerprints, footprints, video records, purchase receipt, messages etc...). There's like a relatively mid sized town with 200-500-1000(?) people (you set this in start). In the town you can solve the cases that happen, do side jobs (stealing corpo info for example), buy a house (and decorate it), eat and drink in fast food places etc... Also the overall tone / lore / world is actually quite good. A mix between Onions Green and Blade Runner.
>>729252891The game could have been next level, but the developer shit the bed and rushed the release of 1.0. Steam Workshop was announced in April for a 2025 release, but he didn't meet his target. The guy wants nothing to do with the game anymore or some shit. As others have said, once you learn the cases the game loses it's magic.>>729253632The whole point of the game is that it's randomly generated missions. The tutorial is the only handcrafted mission.
Amazingly unique game that quickly becomes formulaic and is completely plagued by bugs and performance issues. It's not going to get fixed ever, the dev basically said it's got too much technical debt to ever add more shit. It's got some fun mods too but I'd say pirate it and only buy if you really enjoy it and can put up with the issues
>>729254696here's my shitty apartment. game came be peak comfy at times
>>729253632It's not a roguelike, but it's procedurally generated. Murders are made up and simulated in real time, you can actually catch murderers in the act if you're in the right place at the right time.Cities can also be edited, and there's support for creating custom stories, but I don't know if anyone's done anything particularly cool with it yet.
>>729254610>Steam Workshop was announced in April for a 2025 release, but he didn't meet his target.Apparently it's coming Jan 12 and is getting a sale for the steam detective fest so maybe that will breathe some life into it
>>729255261>mods will fix it.So Jan 12 the dev will abandon the game
didn't the dev already abandon the game and is working on xir (it's an actual trantran) next game?
