High-difficulty Hod is definitely inaccessible, but I'd say even Torment is doable these days, as long as you can scrape together your own team for Phase 1. For phase 2, just borrow UE40 Kotama.
If you don't have DPS for two teams, you should not be attempting Torment.
Insane is pretty simple.
