It is not a crazy conspiracy anymore. From the statements of Todd and the show itself. It is becoming very clear they want to retcon the west coast. They want the west coast to be like Bethesda's vision of Fallout, which is logical because there are rumors of Fallout 5 taking place on the west coast. The most obvious proof of this? The east coast brotherhood of steel with their Fallout 4 airship has taken over the west coast Brotherhood. The west coast brotherhood was on the verge of extinction from much stronger factions. Todd quite literally supplanted Fallout 4's story/narrative on top of New Vegas mojave chapter, without any explanation/justification. They are explicit in their actions. All of the stories and narratives from Fallout 1/2/NV are done, no continuation, no explanation. We now have Vault Tec/Enclave/Brotherhood of Steel as Bethesda sees it.

I think the show often exaggerates things in an attempt to be funny and create memes but it almost never works.
The humor ruins this show for me more than the lore rape. Fallout is funny is a dry cynical way, but this show has made the same cousin fucking jokes 30 times.
