Zero sugar soda, juices, etc. are fine in and of themselves, but they can trick you into eating unhealthy foods with them. Just find one that you like the taste of and try to avoid doing things like using it as an excuse to snack.Tea, coffee (in moderation), and sparkling water are the god drinks in my experience, but there's nothing wrong with zero sugar soda.Other than that, just know that sucralose (I think it's sucralose, it's in Arizona's zero sugar teas) will make you rip flavorless ass like a motherfucker.
