Quite literally a treadmill. Now, some people might actually enjoy that, like they enjoyed Baal runs in Diablo or grinding to endgame in Disgaea or just idle games in general, but ultimately it's just a number go up game with a lot of glitter sprinkled around, but unlike aforementioned cases, in gacha(and freemium shit in general) the pace of your grind is strictly moderated, making it a prime blueball experience as well.
