TF2 does better than overwatch and always would have done better than overwatch but Valve unintentionally sabatoged TF2 to "compete with" Overwatch with "Meet Your Match". The resulting match-making feature absolutely guttered the server browser communities. The armies of bots invading just put the nails in the coffin. There used to be wonderful communities of 2-fort mendicants who could have voted on another map or gamemode but everyone by gentlemen's agreement played CTF 2fort with the objectives to be just turtling and harassment. Flukes happened which was refreshing and could change the server in a minute. "Good times" indeed!
