It was kind of a big deal in New Vegas for the Courier to be in the Lucky 38 because no one had been in there since the bombs fell, let alone met Mr. House in the flesh. This makes sense because House had plans for the Courier that went beyond just handling the Platinum Chip and he needed them to trust him so he could use them against the NCR/Legion.This ghoul fella has to be some kind of important to House, right? And surely this gets explained away, somehow? Am I expecting too much of Bethesda to respect even post 2008 Fallout lore now?
