It's purposefully something you can level up without levelling up your character, it's a side-grade.But in DS 1 it's also a bit underpowered. Though I remember lvl1 pyromancy master gank PVP stuff, that was fun.

The shithole fog, skeleton wheel chair ramp from hell, and the harpy roof snipes make it prime real estate for trolling. Grant invader builds are giga-chad energy too, nothing like swinging a church bell to vaporize some dude trying to chug behind a corner. Ever try Duel Charms + Undead Rapport in Izalith? Watching chaos worms and bloat heads go feral while the host panics is peak Dark Souls.

>>729289061I prefer DEX/INT because of the cast speed buff at 40+ DEX. You can get pretty good Magic adjustment with the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst at low INT, which you can get as early as Darkroot Basin. Uchi/BSS/Great Scythe melts bosses when paired with the magic weapon sorcery (due to high attack speed of DEX weapons) and power within.
