the loot system will either make or break the game depending on if you like borderlands/darksiders randomization
it's good enough but it makes me wish I was playing something snappier

It stinks

It's fun but the game drowns you in healing items so you're almost never in any danger.

I don't think so. You still get people complaining about losing gear on death on the steam forums, so I guess it probably depends on if you've played a game before in your life.

You can make ANY gun shoot 50 BMG
There is a stat in the game for some armor that is just called "Coyote Time" which makes you levitate after walking off of ledges for a bit
You can use kidney stones and water to make soup broth, or skin and oats to make Haggis
You can combine beer and soda to make a Gonster
Weapons visually degrade when used and all attachments go on the gun model, which is nice
You can parry bullets with some of the melee weapons
Snus gives you time slow
If you find diving goggles and some fins you can go to the sewers and steal a fridge for your church

Overall a good game with a lot of love put into the little things

Compared to the start of the year its massively improved. They've added a lot of new content and fixed every major bug that was putting me off
