It not my problem the west has abysmal taste in DQ.>>7293127877 has the best party chat of the series, it was the game to invent the mechanic and it made the most of it, party members can comment on almost every NPC and event in the game, you even have access to in battle party chat, every single party member has unique dialogue for most boss fights, and you can only see it on the first turn of battle if you talk to all of them, however talking 3 times or more in a row has the chance to give the enemies a free round against you in combat, so be prepared to risk that if you really want to see everything.If you love party chat, 7 is the perfect DQ (as long as you play PS1)
Modern DQ games are fucking boring, and it's hilarious how they're mogged by NES games. I'd rather replay 1-4 any day, instead of going back and attempting something like 8 or 11
