scum was actually broken at launch. not overpowered broke but literally brokensome talents clashed with others and some straight up didn't even workthere was also the issue of it being the most unnecessarily difficult class to level up to 30the main issue people are having is that you have to work twice as hard, if not three times as hard as other classes for ALMOST the same effectiveness of those classes. it's too reliant on cooldowns to be at full power which means you're at half power 50% of the time where other classes are at full power 100% of the timeso why play scum over literally anyone else?

>>729326689a similar thing happened with sister of the thorn dlc in vermtinide 2back when that career first released she was in a disgustingly OP state to the point where it made no sense to play any of the other elf careers. she had it all, horde damage, boss killing ability, her passives gave your whole team 25% extra healing and her strikes made enemies take more damage. she could simply fill in every role in a team be it support, horde killer or boss killera year later fatshark finally nerfed her a bit and players proceeded to review bomb the dlc's steam page because she was no longer op kekthe funniest thing is that she was still a very good career after the nerf just not as disgustingly op as before
