Okay guys, I need your help with something. A couple of days ago I re-downloaded Beholder to replay it and I'd forgotten about this character. I've just grown fond of her and I don't want her to get arrested

Browsing the wiki, I came across a section that mentions it's possible to get her husband arrested, but this is the fifth time I've tried and it always ends the same way: she shoots him and ends up arrested. I can't refuse to give her the gun because then she'll leave the apartment and I haven't found any tutorials on YT that show any way to save her

>Beholder
Game has a couple rough spots. Most glaringly, that tenant departures (and deaths) are not communicated in advance, and you're not allowed to report on former tenants. This is very troublesome when combined with how report rewards are calculated, as it creates an extremely unfun gamble:
>report early and don't get as many rewards
or
>report late but risk missing the tenant departure
This trade-off is also not communicated well to the player. But worst of all, it rewards metagaming. With foreknowledge of when each tenant will depart, missing the departure date is no longer a risk, so you can safely go with the high-reward option every time.
The game can also have too many overlapping timers if you take on many tasks. Including hidden timers, such as tenant departure. And if I remember correctly, there are interactions that make tenants no longer want to talk to you, which closes off paths in ways that are, again, not communicated to the player in advance. This results in the game being more stressful than it has right to be.

I also remember encountering a few more serious bugs while playing, but I don't remember what. The game is nice, but it's no masterpiece.
