It's just the reactions I got from family members about the Switch 2 today. Not everyone said it, but enough generally said this to where I was a little frustrated. Then I remembered it's just normies behavior. As for you, you'll probably see an update pack soon if they don't already have one.

Two of them feel like they need to get the new iPhones on their phone plans every year, but most of them are still on years old phones. Everyone did do the yearly update thing a few years back though, but not much anymore.
A part of me wishes they did better with it. I don't think making a new console is a good idea anymore though.
