Global MapleStory Classic World is an upcoming permanent server for the MMORPG that is expected to be released in early 2026 or spring 2026. Announced in April 2025, it aims to recreate the nostalgic experience of the original game with modern quality-of-life improvements and balanced mechanics. The project is led by Miyoung Oh, one of the original developers, to ensure authenticity.
