All the events of New Vegas wouldn't have happened in that timeline because the NCR was nuked before the Courier even entered the scene. Realistically in that timeline the NCR would've pulled out of the mojave as soon as the news arrived that their nation was gone and the legion would've razed in without opposition, killing House that couldn't even get the chip in time and taking over the region with ease. Not sure about the exact dates but Benny would've probably died defending the strip before even doing his plan of getting the chip so the Courier would've never become the wild card so it wouldn't make sense for the show to mention him at all. He was never tasked with delivering the chip because the legion invaded first. Not sure what the reason for the Strip being nuked is but it would make sense if they make it that Ulysses fired the Divide nukes since the events of the Courier nuking the Divide should've still happened. Though he needed ED-E to do it so I don't know.
