>desktop widgets Holy nostalgia blast. My mom absolutely insisted the family computer with W7 had all the stock widgets on the desktop at all times. I played so much of that stupid goddamn parrot puzzle to pass the time.
I remember I had a notebook with it and I like the feeling and the vibe of it I was blown away, though 7 was way better but for me windows 2000 was peak.

Also not many people had more than 4GB of RAM installed when Vista came out, and most games were developed as 32-bit exes so 64bit was kind of pointless.A lot of people skipped vista and didn't upgrade until 7.
