what does non linear mean in this context? like if you have to follow a path to get an item to unlock the next part of the path to repeat how is that not linear? none of the metroid games i played had options at the start, you get the missile upgrade, you can now open the missile doors, now you need the ball upgrade to continue. theres no other options this is the path everyone has to taken as intended by the game, isnt this linear?
