>>729398261Mod Organizer was a third-party project started by people who didn't like the retarded proprietary software Nexus made to organize and load mods. But eventually, the main dude behind it got poached by Nexus themselves in order to make Vortex (the "better" mod organizer) while the leftover team is in charge of Mod Organizer 2. You'll generally want to use MO2 over Vortex at all costs (and if you install a modlist with something like Wabbajack, it'll have MO installed with it anyway).
