I know I'm probably the only one that cares about this but Moshi Monsters isn't dead anymore because Mind Candy technically acquired the fan hosted version of it a few months ago

The fan game has multiple IP infringements in it, with there being custom items like Star Wars and Icarly posters, as well as Family Guy plushies, so technically Mind Candy, the owners of Moshi Monsters are liable to being sued here.

They haven't really done anything other than let it run with the fans still hosting it. The only difference is Mind Candy is contributing to the server costs making them involved in it. Since the Summer they've been busy working on a new app version of the game which is supposed to be the new way to play the game
