After I quit my job I played through the five halo games bungie made. Honestly halo 1 is the only one that's truly great, the rest are just pretty good. Odst has kino moments but the last third is just horrible. The subway level, data hive, and coastal highway all back to back is a horrible end to the game. I was also surprised how much I didn't really care about reach since I liked that one a ton as a kid. The story's just missing something. There's no twist. You start the game off killing elites and end the game killing more elites with harder shields. Pretty lame compared to the escalation of the flood in the previous games. Yes the covenant encounters are more engaging than the food in all of them but there's something to be said about a game being willing to kick your fucking ass with hordes of enemies before you get to beat it

I finished Trepang2, Total War: NAPOLEON, Doom The Dark Ages, Metaphor Rephantazio, Hundred Line Last Defence Academy, Oblivion Remastered, Baldurs Gate 3 (on easiest difficulty cause that shit made no sense), AI Limit, and Ghost of Tsushima. Maybe some other stuff that I forgot about.

Yeah personally I thought the game was way too convoluted, and this is coming from someone that loves Dark Souls 1/3, Elden Ring etc.
Also takes ages to take down a dino monster.

Gotham Knights felt like a lesser Arkham game with a bunch of concessions made to handle the multiplayer and live service bits.

Spiderman 2 is pretty good, except for the parts where you play as Mary Jane or the deaf girl.

Pretty bad. The story is horrendous, unforgivably bad. The gameplay is fine, basically bamham with some ability cooldowns which I don't think are as good as the gadgets in the first game. The web swinging has been improved but the game really wants you to use the new gliding mechanic instead, there are zero movement challenges in the game besides the gliding ones. They also removed some costumes from the first game so that Peter would have the same amount as Miles
