Switch 2 is the most fun I’ve had with a console in years >actual fucking VIDEO GAMES like Bananza>every GOTY S1 game is improved, some even more than others (S2 upgrades are nice but holy fuck getting to play Bayo3 at 60fps)>UI is clean and not bogged down by ads and nonsense social features, everything loads extremely quickly >gamecube emulation is great>S2 pro controller is the greatest controller I have ever used, has extra buttons, perfect sticks, and the UI has native button remapping (along with every NSO classic app having per-game mapping)>cheapest online sub of the 3 main consoles My only complaints are that some S1 games were so badly programmed that they still have hard fps and resolution caps even on S2 (like age of calamity and 3H, but these are at least stable) and the god awful HDR (that I disabled day 1 because SDR looks phenomenal)
