I for one hope that this thing forces Valve to fix their buggy Big Picture mode/Steam Deck UI. Kind of ridiculous how you need to use the touchscreen a lot of the time especially in the store and workshop, as well as broken padding, terrible scaling, etc.

I don't buy DRM games anyway but I remember a few years ago trying Proton and it had trouble with non-3D games often, especially those already-janky late-90s/early-2000s DirectX adventure games
