Yes, they are just roms, but do you think subscribers are actually playing NES games on it in great numbers?

there is a single digit number of games worth playing on the NES
>>
probably not considering there's no dpad on the switch. playing classic games with the d buttons feels wrong

I do when I'm bored.
Random nowarp runs of SMB1 are fun and NES Tetris is a classic.

I just wonder if it succeeds as a perk of subscription. From these "specials versions" it looks like it's trying to introduce the games to a casual audience.

Probably not. There really aren't many NES games on the service that are worth going back to and playing today. The Mario games and Kirby's Adventure about it. The few NES games still worth playing have mostly already been sold in separate collections, like Mega Man and Konami's library, or remade and ported like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. The other collections fare a lot better.

Looking at the list, I can easily see more than that:
>EarthBound Beginnings
>Fire 'n Ice
>Metroid
>Punch-Out
>The Legend of Zelda I & II
>Wario's Woods
That said, I wouldn't pay for that shit in a milliion years. Proper emulation devices are a dime a dozen these days.

SkibbidyBluds and DiddyUncs are paying $20 a year for the online and cloud storage. Not roms.

You know for all the shit you give the Xbox exosystem at least their cloud storage costs nothing. You can start something on your Xbox 360 and continue it on PC if you wanted. Crazy.

Not sponsored.

Fuck Shitch, fuck Snoy, Fuck Cuckbox.

Crystalis is there too and its a really good game, there's also some other cool stuff:
>Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2
>River City Ransom
>Vs. Excitebike
>Startropics
>Blaster Master
>RC Pro Am
>TwinBee
>Gradius
>Mappyland
>Solomon Key
>Double Dragon 1 and 2
>Star Soldier
>Adventures of Lolo
>Snake Battle n Roll
Some Black Box NES games are fun even if they're simple like Donkey Kong, DKjr, Clu Clu Land, Devil World, Balloon Fight and Mach Rider.

You ever read something and thank the stars that you're not as brain fried as the person who wrote it?
