>saves the steamdeck
You guys like fakes frame now there is cheaper option not tied to new hardware? Lmao
>>729412931It's still shit, but at least you can use it in any game, so you can have slop frames Megaman X7
>>729411686>works amazing on some games and literally just gives you frames for free>sucks complete dick on most games and lags the fuck out of your inputsI guess it's still worth what I paid for though
>>729411686Is this worth getting for upscaling games on a low spec computer with integrated graphics, like running at a lower res or in windowed mode, and making it full screen at a higher res, or is it only really useful for the frame generation and all of that stuff? I thought about getting it to try when it was on sale a little cheaper a few weeks ago.
>Fake frames>:(>Fake frames but for poor people :O
>>729414343If you're rich, you can just run all native anyway.4k, full blown frames, Super resolution even for that true to life anti aliasing instead of AI slop. But i guess you're too poor for this kind of stuff.
>>729411686Wh0s that?
>>729411738fpbp
>>729411686I've been out of the vidya game for a few years now - i built my PC in '21 and just play exclusively old shit. Can someone fucking explain to me what this shit and "fake frames" are? You're telling me it's to a point where it's less taxing on a computer to [use AI?] to create frames instead of just having higher frames to begin with? When did this shit become a thing?
>>729411686I use it for playing videos more than actual games, it works the same way
>>729412538Shame that it crashes every once in a while when using save states
>>729411686Is this any good on Rog Xbox Ally X?
>>729411686how viable it using this just for integer scaling visual novels on a 27" 1440p screen?
>>729411738I think Gamers Nexus did all the advertising this thing will ever need.
Used it on arc raiders and the input delay was just barely noticeable. Turned it off and arc actually runs pretty great as is
>>729414278Yes. I really like that it fullscreens any application, so it takes care of old 240p type shit with no native fullscreen capability. In this scenario, the frames and upscaling is just a bonus
