I just finished Prime 4 and I gotta ask.
What was the point of fake out killing off the supporting cast just to kill them off in the final part of the end boss? I would have been more happy with the way they did things if the mine deaths were just actually sacrificial deaths to get you to the end. Even if just the robot came back to get you into the tower. Also the sacrifice at the end to let you use the teleporter would have been fine and impactful if they didn't do that fake out earlier. Together it just seems like drama for drama sake and I really don't like that.

I agree about the death fake outs, but we don't technically know if they survived being stranded with Sylux or not... I will admit its unlikely they survived though.
