Since you're taking SFV on seiun you probably need even more acceleration like a lucky No Stopping Me if you want to beat suzuka. Also you should get escape artist. For Eishin, you need more mid race skills to get into a good position to win late. In body and mind can help her close out wins when all her skills proc so consider adding that. Lates also need more power than that if you can manage.Besides that, it's probably things you already know. Reaching speed cap is important as always. Medium S is very good and almost needed. I don't know your deck but you might be able to get better cards than Suzuka SSR and King SR. I also have a grudge against Brian SSR but sometimes you gotta use it.
