Too many years of shit co-op games. Everyone lost faith in the genre.

BE.BETTER.
>>729419582i played the beta and had fun but that was enough for me. i realized i got whatever there was to get out of the game in the final beta before it released
>>729420594Fuck yeah there's people to play wit-it's mostly fucking bots, isn't it?
>>729419404Reminder that Killing Floor was never a good game. Yes, even the first one was always dogshit. The developer deserves to go out of business.
>>729419530It's done. Cooked. Finished. They're just trying to suck up any money they can before they close doors. Tripwire can't come back from such a massive failure and they can't sell their franchises to survive like Ubisoft since Killing Floor was always a small series.
>pro-abortion devs produce stillborn gameIrony

>>729423045>Tripwire Interactive faced major controversy in September 2021 when its then-CEO, John Gibson, publicly praised a restrictive Texas law banning most abortions, leading to significant industry backlash, partner withdrawals, and ultimately, Gibson stepping down as CEO, with the company stating his views didn't align with theirs. This event highlighted a major conflict between a company leader's personal views and the values of the broader gaming community, resulting in immediate leadership changes and a commitment from Tripwire to foster a more inclusive environment.
>>729421643>it's mostly fucking bots, isn't it?It's on sale for a dollar so you might find some real people to play with.

>>729423539IndeedBunch of spineless faggots
>>729423539>>729423767That Gibson guy was always a raging faggot by the way. So he just got what he deserved too. Shame he didn't neck himself. Same faggot who sperged out at fans on the forums because they had the gall to ask about bikini skins and have a little poll.>This poll is a moot point, as there will never be a bikini girl character in Killing Floor 2 while I am President of Tripwire. The objectification of women in video games is one of the dark marks on the industry as a whole. So many video games with men fully clothed wearing suits of armor and then the women go out to do battle half naked - it's ridiculous. And no, not every woman in a video game has to be "hot", or what the average 14 year old boy thinks is "hot". The women in our games go through the same type of design process as the men. We ask ourselves is this an interesting character, and would players want to play AS this character. And we've never gone "hmm, is this male character attractive enough?" So we won't be doing that with the female characters either. If we think the design is interesting to play as, then we'll consider it. Over sexualized characters turn most female players off from games, and we want KF2 to be a place where male and female gamers can have a good time, and choose an avatar they enjoy. That doesn't mean there won't be male or female characters that people find attractive. It does mean though it isn't a prerequisite, or a big concern for us in designing our characters
