This is the game that convinced me steam numbers actually mean jackshit. Most astroturfed game I've ever seen. Biggest singleplayer release ever on release and then immediately forgotten

I'm playing NG++ right now. It's a great game overall, I love the style of the game. I can't imagine having to play it without the map, nuts that it was something that was patched in.Things I want in the sequel:+Small thing, increase subtitle size option+Nice to have thing, being able to save builds. Respec being for free is great, but this would make it fantastic+Wukong Secret Boss, and Wukong and Erlang double secret boss

>>729431571I cannot for the life of me get HDR or renodx to work for this game (hdr conversion tool). It's probably just because that the profile is borked since i had no issues with cyberpunk 2077. The screenshot probably looks wrong anyway as of HDR screenshots always look wrong. Or maybe it does work and the result was just unimpressive. I'm not sure. But the colors just looked so dull and washed out. Doesn't help that they were like on Unreal 5.0 or 5.1 or something in which HDR was not officially supported on unreal engine at that time. Why release a triple A game like this and not bother with HDR?

Not sure of the exact details of what the Chinese were planning, but they were trying to culturally subvert western values and make us more sympathetic to China. Also, they're not necessarily sequels, if I remember correctly, it's more like the "Black Myth" is a overarching theme kinda deal, where each entry is is a new story following a different piece of Chinese mythology. Think of it like the show True Detective, where it's a different story and characters each season with the same title and general idea.
