>crpgs are all the rage nowadays>EA had the golden egg>instead they just rape it>and rape it>and rape it some more>rumors saying they killed the remaster>Saudi buys EA>DA will most likely be forgetten by the saudisI miss DA bros. it's world and it's lore... (Only Origins and 2 though)
>>729433039>>DA will most likely be forgetten by the saudisyou have some stuff in your ass? Get it all out while you are at it?
I wonder if BioWare closing down would make EA spread the IPs around or just shelve them forever.
DA world and lore sucks, Qunari are the only interesting part.
>>729435897Literally the opposite.
>>729433039It was honestly painful watching EA slowly destroy Dragon Age. All we ever wanted or really needed was Dragon Age: Origins 2.
>>729436084wow, a fucking tree! you convinced me!
>>729436217yeah why don't you make like one and leave
>>729433039>oooohhaa waaawaaa my le single player woarld of le warKRAFT HNNNNNGHsucky nigger game
>>729436275
>>729433039It's so funny to me how BG3, a mega-hit RPG that sold 20 fucking million copies. is essentially just a proper sequel to DAO.That's all Bioware needed to do lmao. Instead they masseffectify this fantastic game and then, as you've said, rape it to death further. Rest in piss, bioware
>>729436275it's game of thrones
>>729436417more like game for niggers
>>729436356>a proper sequel to DAOAnd by proper you of course mean dropping the godawful RTwP and embracing turn-BASED
>>729436356>It's so funny to me how BG3, a mega-hit RPG that sold 20 fucking million copies. is essentially just a proper sequel to DAO.Except for the boomer turn-trash combat and gay bear sodomy, of course.
>>729435489Spread the IPs to who? Most of their studios either already have their own games in production or are support studios for BF6.
>>729433039It's already dead. Veilguard took all the mysteries out of the mystery boxes and dumped them unceremoniously onto the ground. They killed it. Put it in a coffin, bury it, forget it.
>>729436945Oh no! Gay bear sodomy! Quickly, we must retreat to the comfort of Dragon Age with our gay elf sodomy!
>>729436564based
>>729437136We really enjoy our BLACKED and BEARED porn, don't we, Larian bros?
DAO is the best one, but DA2 is one of the greatest achievements in history considering it was developed in literally less than 2 years. If shitty EA wasn't so greedy and gave Bioware another year to cook, we would have gotten another flawless gem
>>729433039>Baby's first cRPG
>>729433039>and 2lmao
>>7294372472 had sovl and the reused maps weren't that bad.
>>729436564To be fair, DA:O's "modernized" version of RTWP is pretty much the only thing that makes it stand out. Remove that and you have nothing left. It's a shame almost no other games tried to copy it, instead they all seem to do the shitty "pause every 2 seconds to micromanage" shit that Pillars of Eternity does. DA:O was one of the few games that actually had the right idea when it comes to RTWP.
>>729437289roflmao
>>729437189Learn proper English before your start posting memes about shitty combat systems, Ranjeet.
>>729437367>instant meltyseethe :DD
>>729437289Yeah, DA2 was actually a solid game, despite the trashy encounter design and constant recycling of locations. Inquisition was
>>729436564While I personally like the Larian turn based combat more than DA:O's rtwp, I still think it was the best implementation of rtwp in rpgs. Being able to program ai so you don't have to waste as much time on tedious micromanagement and constant pauses for every single fight really improved the gameplay.
>>729437289Some of DA2's evil choices are hilariously depraved. You can tell right away the ones that are written by Gaider, like pic related and giving Fenris back to his gay rapist master with the female walk animation. He was a lot more based than he gets credit for.He also implied that DAI was much more "peer review" written, which is probably why it's so bland and inoffensive by comparison. I can hardly remember any evil choices in that game (WEWH... I guess?).
