Id reccomend stormforge if people want to play wotlk. It has new gear and just released ulduar not long ago.There is also heroic raid variants. 10 man heroic give 25man gear and 25 heroics offer newly buffed gear and some pvp gear types that are powerful but give a massive debuff if you try to raid with the gear equipped.

Some classes have been tweaked a bit if I recall such as prot warrior buffs to be a bit more equal with paladins.I think theres also custom made weapons like thralls doom hammer and a legendary tier guitar but these are the highest end game loot I have not seen, or have not been released outside of the PTR I think.
