Just keep spamming fortitude and blood buff so you're always charged up and feed on enemies when you run out. Half the time even if the room is still full of enemies shooting at you, you can half replenish your blood and health by feeding mid firefight as the enemies miss you half the time.

Bloodlines alredy take a lot of liberties with disciplines, domination/diametation are almost completly diferent from TT, protean got downgraded into only war form, animalism is complete bullshit summons. You could at best give it protean treatment and just make each dot closer to war form transformation but that's it.So it would be boring.
