In single player modes it usually scores you more than a tetris and you do it for one line less, so you can do more before the game goes too fast. It also probably gives the most amount of garbage in versus modes. However, you rely entirely on T pieces and doing that will usually lead to your death. Best set is in general something like pic. You get T Spins and Tetrises alike.
