Raising your IQ only makes you better at taking IQ tests. If you want an accurate IQ test, you should be taking it without doing any studying. Unless you're below the retarded level, you should focus on learning practical skills instead.

I have a fairly low IQ in my field (tested at 128) and I tried the IQ training meme, even after training the score doesn't budge much (yes I know training invalidates the test, I was curious). It's a pretty solid number (intentionally so).

As far as the current research is concerned you can't actually increase your IQ, but we know the scientific jew has been wrong before so it's worth trying regardless.As for something proven you can do, having a poor attention span rapes your IQ, and increasing your ability to concentrate and improving your executive functioning can squeeze out your maximum potential. There's a study, which I don't entirely recall, that showed something like an increase in 5 IQ points after giving ADHD tards medication (accounting for the testing effect, before somebody brings that up).
