i fail to see the fun in any of them, my friends all love these types of games but i fucking fail to see the fun in them. this one was just a miserable experience.
I love this game so much, man. I've won it like 6 times and lost over 50 times but really, roguelite to me is just an excuse to engage with the game for longer, which is exactly what I want to do for something that plays (and looks and sounds) as good as Absolum.
>>729462930To add to this, I actually remember seeing a thread on /v/ that had an anon beat this game as fast as 8 hours in, posted the day after the game came out, and I remember being so disappointed and thinking I wasn't gonna get any mileage out of this. Fortunately, I suck at beat em ups, so I've now spent over 100 hours in it and there's still a couple areas I need to clear. Played it twice last week.
