And the stupid amount of requirements to unlock Yamaoka in 2's Coliseum, and how both that, the Substories and *all* Heat Actions are required to unlock Amon in that game. And how it took them a billion games to figure out how to make Food/Drink completion lists not a padded bore where you purposefully take a bit of damage to immediately go eat something at a restaurant then rinse and repeat. And how 3 had not seven, not eight, not nine but ten Hostesses for some mind boggling reason; at least 4 has the same number but divided between four protagonists.Also, the way they're directed, Rikya and Mine's death are awfully stupid. They did it to not tie Kiryu down in a relationship so he could still fuck around with hostesses yet in the very next game they added three new protagonists which all could've served that role while Kiryu could've been given a "dates with Kaoru" minigame akin to Haruka's Trust. Also in Y3 itself Date becomes a journo so the spot for "cop ally" was wide open.
