Her whole story has maybe one interesting beat behind it at the end of her boss encounter, but it's barely worth having to put up with her writing. I feel similar about the Azata dragon.

The game gives her all the resources she needs that by mid to late game she's deleting just about everything you come across, while still being useful early on with Grease, Web and Phantasmal Killer. People that don't like to use custom characters feel compelled to either use her or be a Wizard or Sorcerer themselves.
i really do want to like Pathfinder kingmaker and wrath but i fucking hate how EVERY SINGLE FIGHT you need to start with 60 zillion self buffs or you can't win
