>>729494134Bait. No, the wikipedia entry style dialog isn't voiced. But all NPCs have proximity barks, greetings and idle comments that give the game SOVL and build on its lore. You also hear voice acting right from the beginning of the game, so "no voice acting at all" is immediately disproved. Some important characters like Dagoth Ur and the Daedric princes also have significant voiced dialogue.
