Snipers are bad game design and quite frankly just shouldn't be in the game, look at hawkeye, they buffed him and now he's one shotting half the roster and is basically a perma ban, same would happen to widow. Snipers are either useless or gamebreaking, there is no in between and they need to stop trying to make it work.
