The chart shows that playing 3 hours per day will average around 91 hours per month, meaning the base costs aren't going to change. However, if you increase that to 4 hours per day, or about 122 hours per month, and the Performance tier price jumps to $15.97 and Ultimate goes up to $31.97.

Adding more hours to every day's playtime sees the monthly costs spiral quickly. 5 hours a day costs $21.95 on Performance and $43.95 on Ultimate, while 6 hours per day is $27.93/$55.93.

The US doesn't have enough energy to power its new AI data centers. Defeating China in the AI war is far more important then teens playing video games. You should be glad.

the lie of the space race has lead to the rhetoric of literally every potential tech sector ever being ruined for the rest of mankind's existence.

>china is busy covering their mountains with renewable energy and growing their economy

china is also building coal power plants but yeah them switching to mainly renewable is just smart af because they have all the resources for it so they can be self sustaining and wont need to buy all those resources from elsewhere

what do those data centres make exactly? how do they generate profit?
>>
>>729511464
I'm not entirely sure. At least the Space Race had a demonstrable purpose (ICBM/MIRV development and satellites recon...we could give a fuck about the actual moon). Boomers were fortunate enough to be alive at the time where scientific advancement in the military sector trickled down with more immediacy to the consumer sector and brought with it the opportunity for new products and manufacturing growth. AI's theoretical use case is great, but it's current use case is nebulous outside of unemploying white collar tech workers and middle management paper pushers. It seems to have very little tangible benefit to the average person outside of "lol, well you don't have to work anymore because you're fired".

well, I bought $2000 giga pc just to play old games.
Isnt the gaming crash what you all wanted?

Even that seems to more and more be just a fantasy. How efficient is it really when you always have to double check the output for potential hallucinations? It seems to me like the ability to replace workers was just a lie to rope in investors.

>>729514217
at this point might as well just watch clean gameplay without faggot tuber narrating and pretend
or you might just imagine playing the game because the amount of fake frames its insane

employing one human overseeing the output of 20 AI bots > employing 20 humans

Kind of like how grocery stores have greatly reduced the number of cashiers/baggers needed by having self-checkouts with one person overseeing them.

There are two things globohomo is genuinely terrified by:
>1) people talking about the (((monetary))) and (((banking))) system, instead of waging pointless tribal war over (((economic theories))) while the economy revolves around selling longterm problems, renting out shortterm (((solutions))) and maximizing debt and interest
>2) people having easy access to technolog that they could use to question the official (((canon)))

>convince people they dont need their own PC to play games
>jack up prices
>users wont jump off because getting a new PC at this point would still cost multiple years of new price
>said PC prices only got this extreme because you yourself dictate component prices
at what point is it criminal?
