I had a sales guy this week offering improvements to our client complaint queue, and the entire just of it was we should have “ai agents” that can automatically read the individual complaint, determine what to do, handle the execution of the actual method/function needed for remediation, inform the client, and close the ticket.It’s was such a pie in the sky idea, riddled with ways it could go wrong. But this guy was 100% serious. AI is a great tool and everyone should be using it, but not for these use cases.
