If you fought the strong monster at the start of the game, and didn't turn to stone, then you probably missed one. You gotta get back there and find it.The second statue is in floor 2. You remember that spot that was like "There's a sniper here. If only I could get pass without him seeing me"? There was a notebook on the floor too. Use an invisible potion to get pass the sniper. That area will take you to the second statue that you need.
