Is this game worth playing?
>>729609016>is a game that glorifies narco-terrorism worth playing? Why would it be?
>streamerbaitnah
>>729609016nah
>>729609091maybe it's a fun game that glorifies narco-terrorism?
>>729609016Are you black? Then yes.
>>729609119Then it's just propaganda in favor of narco-terrorism.
I'm going to make my own crime sim where you play as a pimp.
>>729609016No idea what these bot posts are about. The game is fun. You grow drugs and sell them, and they all have little mini games attached. Mix the drugs to get different effects from causing people to explode to reducing gravity or turning them into a cyclopse or alien. It's got about 60-70h of content blind. 15-30 if you use mixing calculators or other peoples automation set ups. Overall 7/10 autism game becomes closer to a 9 if you play blind with a friend.
>>729609403it's really funny. anons are acting like they've never played GTA before. /v/ has been replaced with mothers in their 40s that clutch pearls over killing in video games now.
>early accessthe answer will always be no for any EA game.
>>729609403>bot postsWhere? I'll be happy to correct any errors in judgement.>>729609612>anons are acting like they've never played GTA beforeNo, I have. Then GamerGate happened and I started asking questions about modernity, and the so called "Enlightenment" and the culture it imparted onto the West...
can i use my drug moneys to bribe politicians into bending the knee and inserting my own men into the police force?
>>729609974All of the retarded posts above mine replying to the OP.
>>729610223So, erroneously, including >>729609091. Got it.
its fun for a while but there's still not much to do, late game automation is still a pain since you STILL have to buy everything and unload trucks yourself
nah, it's very boring and repetitive.you gotta be really autistic to play this for more than 2 hours.
>>729609974You didn't have questions about modernity you just slurped up chud narratives about shit you used to like but now reject because being truly alone is too unbearable
>>729611367>you just slurped up chud narratives about shit you used to likeAnd how many of the "chuds" you imagined just now (rightfully) see the so-called "Enlightenment" as a great subversion of Western thinking and philosophy?
DDS was better because it had a story and a point. SI doesn't beyond automating the "fun" out of the game.
>>729609016Alone, no.With friends, yeah sure but everything is fun with friends so it doesn't mean much.>>729609091Some games that glorify terrorism are pretty fun.
>>729611717>Some games that glorify terrorism are pretty fun.See >>729609281

>>729611817>EDF scumWhat does the Environmental Defense Fund have to do with this? If anything, they'd be in favor of more people keeling over from fentanyl.>buhhh, dat's not what---Don't care.>buhhh, watch da---See above.
>>729609016>0 meaningful updatesit's a pump and dump
>>729609016in it's current state? no.
>>729611947playing the "don't care" card when the pissing match began with your own pearl clutching is just admitting a loss you know
>>729609097>streamerbaityou don't know what an actual streamerbait game is.
>>729612036Guy he's replying to here. I think he's just retarded or schizophrenic so it's best not to reply to him.God I hope THQNordic makes a new Red Faction game at some point soon.
>>729612036>your own pearl clutchingWhere?>>729612097>I think he's just retarded or schizophrenicWhat a convenient excuse to not counter a single thing I said, even though it would be piss-easy if that was true.
It's a fun game that doesn't engage in culture war faggotry one way or the other, so this angers /v/ and compels the cancer infesting this site to run off and shit up the game's steam forums with concern trolling and other faggotry.
Some Anons on /v/ get hung up over the most retarded fucking things ever.
>>729612232>doesn't engage in culture war faggotryIt clearly favors and demands you sympathize with narco-terrorists by placing you in their role, like that game that was clearly in favor of human smugglers trafficking illegal immigrants.>>729612252Yes, like the concept of "freedom" meaning the legal right to cause a city-wide fentanyl overdose.
>>729609091dude 99% of games glorifies violence and no one bats an eyewhat kind of an argument is that, first post worst post
>>729613267>newfag doesn't know you aren't supposed to feed the troll
>>729613267>dude 99% of games glorifies violence and no one bats an eyeExactly.>>729613490>trollWhere?
>>729613490>hahaha i was just pretending to be retarded
>>729614205I'm sure he was, but I'm not.
>>729609016its really fun if you do what you want. just skateboard around and sell weed if you want or make meth or whatever. sadly too many just follow guides because they don't know how to have fun anymore.
>>729614205>so low IQ he thinks the guy telling him not to feed the troll is the troll himselfI'm sure it somehow makes sense in your vacant head.
>>729614706>trollAgain, where?
>>729609403No, its boring busy work only for the purpose of chasing a bigger number just like GTA Online >>729609612both games are about the same thing and both games are tedious as fuck.At least schedule 1 lets me automate the whole process so i can do other shit unlike gta online where I have to be a delivery boy every hour. but even then, there isn't shit to do in schedule 1, riding around on the golden skateboard and bodying cops isn't that fun.
>>729615609>when leftoids try to make narco-terrorist propaganda, it failsImagine that...
>>729609016Hell no
>>729615609Schedule 1 has potential, but I would not recommend it to anyone due to, like you said, a lack of things to do once you automated everything.
>>729616973>Schedule 1 has potentialIn that a larger studio that's just as committed to spreading the same narrative might make something just like it on a AAA budget, yes.
>>729617317We're well past the point where thinking that more money means better quality is believable. No AAA dev is going to do anything because they are creatively bankrupt and can only make inferior remakes. Hell, AAA cancels more games then they release now.
>>729617887So they'll make the same game with "more features" (read: microtransactions, some kind of lootbox system) because they're just as ideologically devoted to promoting narco-terrorism as Schedule I's developer, got it.
>>729609016If you have friends that haven't played it, it'll be a fun 30-50 hours
>>729613267he's just a virtue signalling retard mongoloid
>>729609403How's it been coming along in early access? Is the dev active or is it abandonware?
>>729619027He's active as a solo dev can be. He wanted to do monthly updates and very quickly realized it wasn't possible. So far He's added>cartel shit-decent Made progression gayer but gives you a reason to use weapons and lets you buy the mansion after you chase them out >sewers-low tierAdds a closet sized room a few items and a goblin that attacks you in the pitch black, just added mushrooms growing in there a few days ago>shrooms-high tierAdds another much needed drug with psychedelic effects + new customers and altered some previous ones tastesThose are the major ones so far a lot of bug fixes, no patches to fun glitches though He's left them alone so far. I'd say if you don't want EA wait another year and it will have 100ish hours of content and maybe an ending.
>>729609016Try the demo, it's really comfy but the full game doesn't have that much content yet, there have been some small updates that took a long time to come out. It will probably be in a much better shape by summerYou buy ingredients, travel around town grabbing what you need before making batches of drugs in one of the properties you can buy, then you organise drug deals with the towns residents and you can rip them off or otherwise negotiate prices, later you can buy businesses which let you launder money and stuff. The rival gangsters and police mechanics have potential but are currently extremely barebones, so there's not many setbacks or challenges, and there's not really anything cool to spend your money on, besides a mansion and a sports car (but the map is very small so a fast car isn't that useful)It was streamerFOTMslop earlier in the year because it has the same vibe as GTA, which people are starved for
>>729609974>gamergatewhoa, its crazy how youve been chudding out for at least a decade now. you would think youd grow up a bit at some point
>>729609016I played it for a weekend with a buddy and had a lot of fun but there doesn't really seem to be all that much to do outside of look up strain combos on wikis to optimize your revenue.
>>729620548Yes, everything I believe now is from me growing up "a bit."
