What went wrong?
A great game but with glaring flaws, typical of nintendo games.>fomo (catalog, daily win and gacha machine,>narrow maps>surging isn't really useful because of the lack of paintable walls>two maps per rotation instead of three>marker is an underwhelming sub>way too many specials>salmon run scale drops are low>can't trade sr gear for money like in S2

Maps sucked for too longI also feel a weird pressure from the seasonal thing. Like even besides the catalog, I feel like I shouldn't play if I'm not going to commit to it for a few days because of how it drops your rank. If I don't play enough to get my rank back, then it will drop me again. I'm pretty sure that's what I did last time I played, I'm probably in A+ now and the prospect of playing lower rank matches I don't belong in for 13+ matches per rank is just not appealing. 3's ranking system sucks mane what was so wrong with 1'sEverything else is great, definitely the most refined the gameplay has been (maps aside) with the mechanical additions, the controls, the sound design, all that kind of shit, but I just feel like the above issue takes away from the fact that it's kind of a "pick up and play" kind of game given the matches are so short

The real problem is that the game is more of the same but not as good.And by not as good I mean there are like 2 or 3 things that are a bit iffy. It really is the best splatoon, but you always have a feeling in the back of your mind that 2 did things a little better.I love the toothbrush.
