Was the Viva Pinata 4Kids cartoon indicative at all of what the game was like beyond aesthetic and available species? Like were there actual characters like the horse guy or the bear, or were species just turned into characters for the cartoon?

Everything has progress meters and objectives so even if you've met those you'll still be doing some busy work as time passes like making sure the pinatas don't eat poison that the evil red faggots keep dumping to fuck with you. I would say this is quite a niche title and there was no way to make it a huge success on a platform where 95% of the people who owned the console would call you a faggot for playing this.
