As a millennial who's experienced several console generations, I've always been on Team Graphics, and only AAAAAAAA titles interest me. I know there's a group of millennials who don't care about graphics, but those people were beaten by the Alphas on my team, back in the day. I've noticed that zoomers and newer generations don't care about graphics. These guys play games that look like the 16-bit games I knew from the 1990s. These new generations are a fucking aberration.

Anyone who cared about graphics over gameplay is the reason why games are trash today. When Valve released Half Life 2, all the graphicsfags were marveling over the realistic facial expressions, but the physics system was the game's real innovation. When modern games push ray tracing or AI assisted framerate whatever, where is the gameplay innovation? There isn't any. You chose graphics over the game, and so the games became movies.
