I just turned on my blue version from my old gameboy (it still works) and timed myself on how long it would take to get the key from the mansion. Granted, I know the solution to the puzzle and used a max repel to not encounter any pokemon. It took me about 90 seconds to go from the entrance to the room where the key is. Claude has been at this for more than 7 days. Holy shit.

Late game you can give him earthquake and he's good to the end. I gave mine swords dance too to setup but that doesn't do anything when slash crits.1000% useable, even if Slash being broken to almost always crit is doing some lifting
